  1. Dr. Namie has more common sense than many and is completely 100% competent in his knowledge of human emotion and psychological well being and trauma. He is right, just like civil rights, female rights and basic human boundaries. If there is nothing to deter a company/employer from basic protections, they will do NOTHING.
